Advair-Diskus is prescribed in the treatment of patients who are suffering from COPD, chronic bronchitis.
Advair-Diskus is known to prevent the release of several substances that are able to sometimes cause inflammation in the patient's organism.
Advair-Diskus is unable to stop an attack that has already been triggered, because its actions are not fast enough.

Advair-Diskus is prescribed to control asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) associated with chronic bronchitis. It is an oral inhaler that contains two types of medication. One is fluticasone propionate, a steroid that reduces inflammation in the lungs. The other, salmeterol, is a long-acting bronchodilator that opens up the airways.
