Structure

Each tablet contains Dicyclomine hydrochloride 10 + Mefenanic acid 250 mg

Each tablet contains Dicyclomine 20 ,Paracetamol 500 mg

Each ml contains Dicyclomine hydrochloride 10

Each ml contains Dicyclomine hydrochloride 10 , Dimethicone 40 mg

Dicyclomine-Paracetamol Forte
Each tablet contains Mefenamic Acid 500 + Paracetamol 450 mg

No Prescription and Dosage

Gastro-intestinal, biliary colic, ureteric colic, spasmodic dysmenorrhoea.
Intestinal, biliary, renal and ureteric colic, irritable bowel syndrome, dysmenorrhoea: 10-20 3-4 times daily. Usually in combination with analgesics.
Children under 6 months: Dicyclomine is contraindicated in this age group.
Older children: 10 t.i.d.
Intestinal colic, biliary colic renal and ureteric colic, acute diarrhoea/dysentery: 20 IM repeated 4-6 hourly as required. Daily max 80 mg.
Children over 2 years: 10 IM every 6 hours. Max/day 40 mg
Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, dysmenorrhoea, myalgia, dental pneumatic soft tissue pain, pyrexia.
Adults: 250-500 t.i.d.
Children: Over 6 months: 25 /kg/day in divided doses.

Contraindications

Dicyclomine-Paracetamol is contraindicated if you have any of the following conditions:
- Epilepsy;
- Gi bleeding;
- Glaucoma;
- Hypersensitivity;
- Inflammatory bowel disease;
- Intestinal atony;
- Intestinal obstruction;
- Lactation and intestinal obstruction;
- Lactation;
- Myasthenia gravis;
- Porphyria;
- Pregnancy neonates;
- Prostatic hypertrophy;
- Reflux oesophagitis;
- Unstable c.v.s.;
- Urinary retention;
- Young infants (under 6 months of age);
